I need a mortgage for a 55k property. Its a condo. How much closing cost and what cost will I have? - how much are termite bonds in florida
I have a credit of 640 points. I have 5% down. The ground is 55k and has a termite bond, and is capable of astonishing. What fees do you think I will have to be? A mortgage broker told me 3k in taxes! What the hell? Theres no real estate agent in question. What do yall think my taxes are likely to be of interest? Thank you!

Sounds pretty good. In general, you need about 3-5% for closing costs. You need a lender or broker fee of 1-2% and only pay for the expenses of custody (aboput prorated taxes $ 300 - $ 500), the registration fees and title costs of other lenders.
The buyer does not pay commissions to brokers. They are usually deducted from the proceeds of the seller.
Sounds pretty good.
In fact, you can buy a condo 55k today?
I wonder
U.S. $ 3,000 is not out of line. The cost is a valuation ($ 300-400), Title Insurance ($ 900) registration fee (less $ 100), (includes childcare costs several hundred dollars), PMI (do not know, cost) and possibly also points to the lender ($ 500) per point and in several respects from disruptions in the delivery of documents, etc.. Get more than one lender in the negotiation. I use MLCC, real estate lending arm of Merrill Lynch (www.mlcc.com).
Yo these guys and no closing costs amounted to U.S. $ 1620.00 loan were a few more and much higher. This company has done an excellent job and knew what they were saying
